Organization administrators can customize how the email is routed, delivered, and stored. Google Workspace delivers all incoming emails to Gmail by default. As an admin, you can set up other routing methods to deliver incoming messages to meet the organization’s requirements. If you want to send messages addressed to a specific person, send them to another person. The routing settings provide flexibility when setting up the email delivery.
